You may not win any miles for your bookings at discounted fares (agency, company fares, airline discounts, etc.), hourly accommodations or bookings through any other channel than the hotel's website.
Guests are required to produce their Miles & Smiles card or membership number during check-in to win miles.
In case of multiple Miles & Smiles card-holder persons sharing the same room, then just one of them may win the miles for such accommodation.
It might take some time to transfer the miles, which have been earned for hotel accommodations, to the guest's Miles & Smiles account.
This campaign is applicable for all accommodations until December 31st 2020.
In case of any problem, it is required for the program member to submit the hotel invoice to the hotel of accommodation.
