Our journey that began with Barut Hotels in 1971 continues as Akra Hotels from January 1, 2023. With the experience and knowledge gained from our over 50 years of established history, we reflect our love and responsibilities towards humanity, nature, history, and art with high standards.
Operating in the tourism sector with 2500 staff, 1801 rooms, and 4331 bed capacity, Akra Hotels, after its facilities in Kemer and Sorgun, took its first step into city hotel management in 2014 with Akra Hotel and Akra V, bringing a fresh breath to Antalya.
Expanding its portfolio with Akra Fethiye Tui Blue Sensatori in 2015 and Akra Fethiye The Residence Tui Blue Sensatori in 2019, Akra Hotels goes beyond ordinary holiday experiences by offering guests different accommodation options such as Pet Friendly, Bike Friendly, and Adults Only concepts.
Opening its doors on April 1, 2026, Akra Didim began welcoming its guests in Didim, the meeting point of ancient civilizations. Shaped by gastronomy, sports, wellness, art, music and cultural touches, Akra Didim offers a distinctive and feel-good new experience for guests of all ages on the Aegean coast.
In addition to its hospitality and accommodation operations, Akra Hotels also serves in the gastronomy and entertainment sectors with Asmani Restaurant, Pablito Bistro, Başka Ol Cafe, The 251 Soul, The 251 Social Club and ForFun Entertainment Center.
Alongside major organizations held every year, such as Akra Jazz Festival, Meze Festival, Akra Gran Fondo Bicycle Race and Akra Book Days, Akra Hotels brings the people of Antalya together with valuable names from the worlds of culture, art and social life through talks and signing events.
