COP31 Antalya Hotels: Your Stay, Carbon Offset
The UN Climate Change Conference COP31 takes place in Antalya from 9 to 20 November 2026. For delegates, observers, journalists and business leaders travelling to the summit, Akra Antalya and Akra V offer a comfortable base on the Mediterranean seafront, right in the city centre.
If you are coming to Antalya for the climate, your stay should reflect that. Every guest staying at Akra Antalya or Akra V during COP31 receives a personal Carbon Offset Certificate showing that the emissions from their stay have been offset.
A carbon offset certificate for every guest
The emissions generated during your stay are calculated in kg CO₂e and offset through internationally verified carbon reduction projects. Your certificate is issued in your name: scan its QR code to verify it instantly and use it in your organisation’s sustainability reporting.
Emissions from your stay are calculated with our partner Commited.
They are offset through the Bağlama Wind Farm project in Türkiye.
Your certificate shows its number, your name, the offset amount and the project supported.
You can also keep it in your digital wallet in the Commited app.
With 14 turbines and 50 MWe of capacity, Bağlama Wind Farm generates 129,500 MWh of renewable electricity a year and cuts around 73,000 tonnes of CO₂e annually. It contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and 13 (Climate Action).
