Akra Talks hosted Defne Koryurek, the founder of the Slow Food convivium "Fikir Sahibi Damaklar", chef and food activist, and Semsa Denizsel, offering many delicious tastes from the local cuisine of Istanbul to her regular guests at her own restaurant Kantin for 17 years. Participating in the series of talks "The Ones Leading Local Gastronomy in Turkey", held at Akra Urban Social Lounge in cooperation with the Slow Food Antalya and ATSAV, the guests answered all questions, and shared peasant moment with the participants.
